The methodology for calculating the initial (maximum) contract price for the purchase of single-use medical products made of PVC plastics has become invalid
According to the joint order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the order of 04.10.2017 N 759n/3450 "On approval of the Methodology for calculating the initial (maximum) price of the contract for the supply of medical devices included in the list of single-use medical devices made of polyvinyl chloride plastics originating from foreign countries, in respect of which admission restrictions for for the purposes of procurement for state and municipal needs, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2015. N 102", as well as the order of 10.03.2020 N 154n/749, according to which changes were made to the methodology.
These changes come into force on February 11 of the current year.
Recall that on August 1 of this year, paragraph 2.3 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 102 of 05.02.2015, which provided for the specifics of determining the initial maximum contract price in the case of purchases of single-use medical devices made of polyvinyl chloride plastics and other plastics, polymers and materials included in the list No. 2 of the said resolution, became invalid.
