Reports on the execution of tasks under the state defense order in the form of 1-GOZ in 2023 are not submitted to the FAS of Russia
Representatives of the antimonopoly department reported that in 2023, it is not required to send reports to the FAS of Russia on the progress and financing of the tasks of the state defense order in the form of the 1st GOZ. This applies to organizations included in the consolidated register of organizations of the defense-industrial complex, head executors and executors of the state defense order.
Recall that according to Article 15.3 of the Law N 275-FZ of the organization - the head executors and executors under state contracts are obliged to submit within the prescribed period, upon a reasoned request, the necessary documents, explanations, information, respectively, in written and oral form (including information containing information constituting state, tax, banking, official, commercial and other legally protected secrets, as well as personal data), including acts contracts, certificates, business correspondence, other documents and materials made in the form of a digital record or in the form of a record on electronic media.
