A draft of standard terms of contracts for the provision of catering services for schoolchildren has been developed

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has prepared a draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on the approval of standard terms of contracts for the provision of catering services for children enrolled in educational programs of primary general, basic general and secondary general education.

The document provides for a number of obligations of the customer and the contractor of the contract, including requirements for the provision of services, the quality of food products.

It is assumed that customers will be obliged to take into account the mandatory requirements for the terms of contracts:

• if the object of purchase is the provision of catering services corresponding to the OKPD code 2 56.29.19.000 and providing for the delivery of ready meals, beverages, culinary, flour, confectionery, bakery products and, if necessary, their distribution;
• if the object of purchase is the provision of catering services corresponding to the OKPD code 2 56.29.20.120 and providing for the preparation and, if necessary, distribution of ready meals, beverages, culinary, flour, confectionery, bakery products using property, the right to use which is granted to the contractor for a period not exceeding the term of the contract.

The corresponding decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, if adopted, may come into force as early as May 1 of this year.
