The Ministry of Finance spoke about the procedure for calculating penalties for violations committed during the execution of contracts for regular passenger transportation
The Ministry's specialists noted in their letter that from May 11, 2022, the amount of the fine for violations committed by the contractor when performing work related to the regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road or urban ground electric transport at regulated tariffs is determined in accordance with paragraph 2 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.04.2022 N 794 and is 1% the cost of the corresponding amount of work.
At the same time, the provisions of paragraphs 27 and 31 of the standard terms of contracts approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 08/19/2022 N 1445, which establish the limits of the amounts of accrued penalties for violations committed by the customer and contractor during the execution of these contracts, apply to contracts concluded following the results of procurement, notices of the implementation of which are posted in the EIS, starting from August 31 2022 - the effective date of Resolution No. 1445.
