Since January 21, the features of state procurement of test strips for blood sugar analyzers have been in effect
The government has supplemented the list of foreign medical devices with limited access with a new code 21.20.23.110 according to the All-Russian classifier of products by type of economic activity. We are talking about test strips for determining the content of glucose in the blood with the code 248900 of the type of medical product.
We also established the features of the description of test strips for portable blood sugar analyzers with the following codes for the type of medical product: 300680, 300690, 344110. Among other things, the description will indicate:
- the name of the analyzer for which the test strips are purchased, and the trademark (if any);
- the condition to transfer to the customer free of charge new analyzers compatible with the supplied test strips, if the application offered a product that is incompatible with the analyzer from the description, but meets the indicators specified in it;
- number of analyzers for gratuitous transfer. It should correspond to the number of patients for whom the test strips are purchased.
The obligation to transfer the analyzers free of charge is fixed in the contract. If necessary, customers will apply other standard conditions.
Features of the description of the object of procurement and standard conditions of the contract must also be taken into account when purchasing test strips with other medical devices.
Innovations are used for purchases that were announced after January 21. There is an exception when they should not be guided.
