We have determined the standard conditions of state contracts for regular transportation of passengers and luggage

The Government has defined standard terms of contracts for regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road, urban ground electric transport. They provided conditions for the acceptance and payment of the work actually performed, on the duties and responsibilities of the parties. The latter, among other things, took into account the specifics of determining the scope of work for which the contractor will pay a fine. The innovations will come into force on August 31. Prior to this date, the old standard contracts are applied in the part that does not contradict Law No. 44-FZ.
