From January to March 2026, more than 14.5 thousand state and municipal contracts totaling over 55.5 billion rubles were signed in the republic. Budget savings based on the results of purchases amounted to 1.77% – 889 million rubles, which remained in the region. Such data was announced at the weekly meeting of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The largest percentage of savings was achieved by municipal customers – 3.44% (147.3 million rubles). Regional customers saved 741.7 million rubles, which corresponds to 1.61% of their purchases.
"The results of the first months of 2026 confirm that Tatarstan's procurement system operates transparently and efficiently at all levels. The savings make it possible to direct the saved funds to solving socially significant tasks," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of the national project "Long and Active Life", one of the largest purchases of the year is being implemented – an electronic auction for the supply and commissioning of a positron emission computed tomograph (PET/CT). The contract worth more than 3.2 billion rubles provides for the supply of equipment for 13 healthcare institutions and the training of specialists in working with it.
Support for small and medium-sized enterprises remains an important area.: More than 6.2 thousand contracts have been concluded with the subjects of the NSR for a total amount of over 9.2 billion rubles, which confirms the growing interest of business in government procurement.
"The involvement of small and medium–sized businesses in government procurement strengthens healthy competition in the republic," said Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the committee.
