The decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 832 has been updated.
The Government of the Russian Federation has amended the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated August 22, 2016 No. 832 "On restrictions on the admission of certain types of food products originating from Foreign Countries for the purposes of procurement for State and municipal needs." In particular, in accordance with the current version of Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs", the terminology used in the document is given. In addition, the reference to Part 1 of art. 75 of Law No. 44-FZ when referring to customers who have the right not to apply the relevant access restrictions (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 175 of February 15, 2022).
These amendments come into force on February 26, 2022 and do not apply to purchases, notices of which are posted in the EIS before the specified date.
