The Ministry of Construction of Russia cancelled the standard terms of the contract for construction control
The Agency declared invalid the order dated March 18, 2021 No. 160/pr, which approved the standard terms of the contract for construction control. The document was registered by the Ministry of Justice on June 8, 2026.
The order concerned contracts of the Federal Center for Construction Control for facilities funded under the state program "Providing affordable and comfortable housing and public utilities."
Recall that the cancellation of Order No. 160/pr does not cancel the mandatory application of the standard terms of contracts for construction control — only the document by which they were approved has changed. When purchasing, you need to check the templates with the current decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1546.
The new order entered into force on June 9, 2026.
