The specifics of the provision of communication services have been extended to a larger number of government customers
Since December 30, the specifics of providing such services for state authorities, national defense, state security and law enforcement have been extended to other state agencies, local self-government bodies and organizations if they:
conclude contracts (contracts) for such services under Law No. 44-FZ;
they are paid for at the expense of the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation.
If the terms of the new contract (agreement) are the same as in the past, the price of services should not exceed the price of the previous contract. It can be adjusted only by the amount of indexation based on the growth of consumer prices over the past year.
As now, the telecom operator does not have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services without the written consent of the customer. They clarified that they should be provided even after the expiration of the contract, if a new one has not been concluded. At the request of the operator, the customer must confirm the fact of the provision of services. He will be able to demand payment in court.
