The list of quota-based goods was reduced and the specifics of the definition of NMCC in their public procurement were clarified
On December 23, the list of goods under Law No. 44-FZ was excluded, in particular:
26.11.30 - electronic integrated circuits;
26.12.3 - smart cards;
26.20.11 - portable computers weighing no more than 10 kg.
Clarified the names of some items. For example, N 102 - "upper limb devices" were replaced with "external prostheses".
In addition, the procedure for determining the NMCC has been changed. As before, in order to justify it by the market method, price requests are sent to the subjects of the industrial sphere from DRYWALL.
If the system does not recruit 3 subjects, then from the specified date, customers must also send price requests to other suppliers of identical or homogeneous products from the EAEU from the register of contracts.
