Attention! Preferential mortgage!
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in order to improve the living conditions of citizens of the Russian Federation with children, within the framework of the federal project "Financial support for families at the birth of children", as part of the national project "Demography", is implementing a program of preferential mortgage lending "Family Mortgage".
In pursuance of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation to improve the conditions of the Preferential Mortgage Lending Program (the federal project "Financial Support for Families at the birth of children" as part of the national project "Demography"), the rules for its implementation have been amended, which have entered into force and provide for:
-the possibility of obtaining preferential mortgage housing loans under the Program until December 31, 2023 by families in which the first and subsequent child was born after January 1, 2018;
-the possibility of obtaining loans under the Program, issued from April 1, 2021 for the construction of an individual residential building on a land plot located on the territory of the Russian Federation, or the acquisition of a land plot located on the territory of the Russian Federation and the construction of an individual residential house on it, for the purchase from a legal entity or individual entrepreneur of an individual residential house on a land plot located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
