FAS: the experience of preparing project documentation can only be confirmed by documents of a public procurement participant
Participants in some purchases with additional requirements, for example, for the preparation of project documentation and (or) the performance of engineering surveys, must document their experience. To do this, you must submit copies of the executed contract (agreement) and acts of work performed.
The department noted: the documents must belong to the procurement participant, and not to other persons. Experience can only be confirmed by a general contract (agreement). The Ministry of Finance takes a similar position.
Recall that the Ministry of Finance recently proposed to clarify this condition in the draft resolution on new additional requirements for procurement participants, including the preparation of project documentation and (or) the performance of engineering surveys. In addition, the participants in such purchases will be obliged to submit, among other things, a positive conclusion of the examination of project documentation and (or) the results of engineering surveys.
