A draft of standard terms of a contract for the provision of mobile radiotelephone services has been prepared
Minsitry Russia has developed a draft order approving the standard conditions of contract for the provision of mobile radiotelephone communication and information cards to them (the Draft order of Minsitry of Russia "On approval of the standard conditions of contract for the provision of mobile radiotelephone communication...").
According to the document, in case of its adoption, the customer should include in the contract a number of prerequisites, including:
reliable information about the customer;
address, procedure and method of provision by the contractor to the customer of the invoice for the services rendered;
the deadline for the contractor to provide the customer with access to the mobile communication network;
list of services provided by the contractor to the customer;
payment system for services rendered by the contractor to the customer;
the order, terms and form of settlements of the customer with the contractor;
the method by which the contractor provides the customer with information about all service agreements concluded by the customer with the contractor;
the procedure for sending information by the contractor to the customer about the unreliability of information about the customer or about persons using subscriber numbers allocated to the customer.
