We have determined the specifics of public procurement of musical instruments for children's art schools until the end of the year
Purchases are carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Trade through an open electronic tender. The document concerns the purchase of pianos, xylophones and other instruments, as well as services for their delivery. The list of goods was established in appendix N 1.
Participants must meet additional requirements that cannot be used as a criterion for evaluating applications:
perform technological operations in the Russian Federation during the production of the tool;
observe the share of the cost of foreign goods in the production of tools according to Resolution No. 719.
In addition, they listed what should be included in the second part of the application. For example, the certificate of expertise of the CCI of the Russian Federation indicating points for performing technological operations in the Russian Federation.
The contracts will provide for the obligations of performers to perform technological operations, as well as to reduce the share of the cost of foreign goods used in production, as of January 1, 2022.
The document entered into force on September 10.
