The list of authorized organizations with which it is possible to conclude contracts without conducting a competitive procedure has been supplemented
The President of the Russian Federation signed a Federal law providing for the expansion of the list of organizations specified in paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FL, with which contracts can be concluded without conducting competitive procedures. Thus, a contract with a single counterparty can be concluded, including if the purchased works or services can be performed or provided only by Roscosmos State Corporation.
These changes will take effect on January 1, 2025.
Recall that according to paragraph 6 of part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FL, the customer has the right to purchase work or services from a single counterparty, the performance or provision of which can only be carried out by an executive authority in accordance with its powers, or by a state institution, a state unitary enterprise, or a joint-stock company, 100% of which belongs to the Russian Federation Federations whose respective powers are established by federal laws, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation, and regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
