From October 1, the threshold of NMCD for purchases among MSPs will be increased under Law No. 223-FZ

For purchases among MSPs, customers approve a list of goods (works, services).
The maximum NMCD for their mandatory acquisition from such entities should not exceed 200 million rubles, for" optional " — 400 million rubles. The government raised the latter to 800 million rubles (item " b " of item 1 of the resolution).
