С 1 января она составит не менее 25% совокупного годового объема закупок вместо 15%, как сейчас. С этой же даты сократят сроки оплаты по контрактам. Если закупка объявлена с 1 января по 31 декабря 2022 года включительно, срок составит:
Deputies in the third reading adopted a draft law on increasing the mandatory share of purchases from the NSR and SONKO. From January 1, it will be at least 25% of the total annual volume of purchases instead of 15%, as it is now.
From the same date, the payment terms for contracts will be reduced. If the purchase is announced from January 1 to December 31, 2022, inclusive, the deadline will be:
no more than 10 working days — when purchasing from SMP and SONKO;
no more than 15 working days — for other purchases.
From January 1, 2023, the deadlines are as follows:
no more than 7 working days — when purchasing from SMP and SONKO;
no more than 10 working days — for all other purchases.
The deadline is still counted from the date of signing the acceptance document by the customer.
