The Ministry of Industry and Trade explained how to apply the national regime in the public procurement of telecommunications equipment

Devices and equipment for telecommunications under the code OKPD2 26.51.44.000 are included in the list of foreign radio-electronic products with restricted access, and in the list of prohibited foreign goods. You can't use them at the same time.

The agency explained: when purchasing goods under the named code for state (municipal) needs, a restriction is established, and for the needs of the country's defense and state security — a ban.
