The Ministry of Finance has prepared a draft of a single procedure for monitoring purchases under Laws N N 44-FZ and 223-FZ
They propose to establish a single procedure for monitoring purchases under the Laws N N 44-FZ and 223-FZ. It will replace the current rules for public procurement only.
As before, the monitoring will be conducted by the Ministry of Finance with the help of information from the EIS. Some of the data will be provided by the Treasury, the FAS and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
According to the results of monitoring, the Ministry of Finance will make reports. Among other things, the agency will evaluate information on procurement planning. In addition, it will analyze the results of achieving the minimum share of purchases by state customers.
If necessary, the report will contain, in particular, measures to improve the procurement legislation.
Public discussion of the project ends on January 14.
