12 January 2021, Tuesday

For customers under the Law N 44-FZ plan to establish from January 1, 2022 a warning or a fine for non-compliance with the minimum share of purchases of domestic goods. It is assumed that for officials the fine will be from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.

Liability can be avoided if the Ministry of Industry and Trade gives a positive assessment of the justification that it was impossible to meet the minimum share.

Public discussion of the project ends on January 14.
