The government has established a ban on public procurement of foreign medical masks
The Cabinet of Ministers has added a list of goods, when purchasing which it is necessary to establish a ban on the admission of products from other states (except for the EAEU member states). It now includes medical masks. At the same time, two OKPD2 codes were specified in the list for them:
for medical products − 32.50.50.190. We remind you that this code will be effective from 01.01.2021;
protection of the head and face − 32.99.11.160.
Medical masks must be purchased separately. To the general ban on the purchase of goods from the list, along with products that are not in it, added a special one. You cannot purchase masks with other products from the list within the same contract.
The ban on admission to public procurement of foreign-made masks will be valid until December 31, 2021.
