The law on penalties for late payment when purchasing from MSPS under Law No. 223-FZ has been published

For customers, according to Federal law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "on procurement of goods, works, and services by certain types of legal entities", fines were introduced for violation of the payment term under a contract (its separate stage) concluded with small or medium-sized businesses. For officials, the fine will be from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles. Amendments to the Code of administrative offences of the Russian Federation will come into force on January 2, 2021.
