The Ministry of emergency situations approved standard state contracts in the field of fire safety
On December 28, the order of the Ministry of emergency situations on approval of three standard contracts comes into force:
for the installation of systems (means, installations) to ensure fire safety of buildings and structures. Codes of the subject of the contract according to OKPD2 43.21 and 43.29;
maintenance of such systems (facilities, installations). Code of the subject of the contract under OKPD2 80.20;
supply of fire-technical products. Codes of the subject of the contract under OKPD2, in particular, 22.19, 29.10.
contracts will need to be Applied only after 30 calendar days after their placement in the EIS. While they are not there.
There are no restrictions on the NMCC.
