participants in procurement under law no. 44-fz are proposed to be fined for providing false documents (their copies) and information during the procurement process, as well as during the conclusion or execution of a contract. The project was submitted to the State Duma.
For example, for sending deliberately false information about the goods offered for delivery when submitting an application, officials and sole proprietors will be fined in the amount of 10 thousand to 30 thousand rubles, legal entities — from 50 thousand to 200 thousand rubles. For the submission of false documents at the conclusion or execution of a contract based on the results of determining the supplier, officials or sole proprietors will have to pay from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles, legal entities from 100 thousand to 300 thousand rubles.
