Established features of quotas of domestic goods under the Law N 44-FZ

Since August 11, there are changes on the implementation of the mandatory share of purchases of domestic goods. In this regard, the government has established:

list of Russian goods, as well as goods from the EAEU countries with a minimum purchase share;
features of NMC definition;
rules for generating reports on the volume of purchases;
procedure for evaluating whether the customer has achieved the minimum share of purchases.

The decree comes into force on January 1, 2021, with the exception of certain provisions. It does not apply to purchases that are announced before this date.
