The Ministry of Finance proposed to limit the terms of acceptance and payment for state contracts in 2021
The Agency has prepared a draft that provides for the rules for accepting and paying for goods, works and services that are partially or fully payable in 2021 within the LBO for the corresponding financial year.
If the government supports the initiative, you will need to accept goods, works, services or the stage of contract execution before December 15, 2021, and pay for them no later than 5 business days before the end of the corresponding financial year.
These requirements will not apply:
for state contracts concluded in compliance with clause 14 of the Regulations on measures to ensure the execution of the Federal budget;
payment and other documents required for confirmation of accepted monetary obligations, which are submitted to the Treasury no later than 1 business day before the end of the current financial year.
Public discussion of the project will last until December 21.
