Sending information to the closed register of Bank guarantees from October 23 is carried out according to the new rules
The Ministry of Finance in accordance with clause 9 of the Rules of forming and maintaining a private registry of Bank guarantees, approved by the decree of the RF Government dated November 8, 2013 No. 1005 "On Bank guarantees used for the purposes of the Federal law "On contract system in procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs" approved the Procedure of formation and direction of information to be included in the private register of Bank guarantees, the directions of the Federal Treasury statements and protocols (the Order) (Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated 22 June 2020 No. 118n (zareg. in the Ministry of justice on October 12, 2020)). the
Procedure establishes the rules and forms for the Bank to form and send information to be included in the closed register of Bank guarantees, the procedure for certifying the signature rights of persons sending information, as well as the rules for forming and sending extracts from the register and protocols by the Treasury of Russia.
In addition, the forms of documents used for information exchange were approved:
information about the issued Bank guarantee (its change);
extracts from the closed register of Bank guarantees (full and abbreviated);
Protocol on refusal to include information in the closed register of Bank guarantees;
request for an extract from the closed register of Bank guarantees.
The document came into force on October 23 this year.
