A life cycle contract was proposed for public procurement of certain types of textiles and workwear

The Ministry of industry and trade wants to expand the cases when life-cycle contracts can be concluded. These included purchases of textiles and workwear, in particular, with the following codes for OKP 2:
13.92.12 — bed linen;
13.92.13 — table linen;
14.12.1 — men's workwear;
14.12.2 — women's workwear;
14.12.3 — other workwear.
Products must meet the requirements of Regulation No. 719.

In one contract, you can include not only delivery, but also selection, maintenance, repair during the service life and (or) disposal of the product.
