Suggest otherwise to confirm compliance of goods with the established prohibitions under the Law N 44-FZ
The Ministry of industry and trade has prepared amendments to Resolution Government of the Russian Federation from 30.04.2020 N 616.
According to the project, in order to confirm that the product does not fall under the established ban, participants will simultaneously submit as part of the application:
- an extract from the relevant registry;
- information about the total number of points for performing technological operations (conditions) on the territory of the Russian Federation, if such is provided Resolution N 719.
Until June 1, 2021, the statement and information may not be submitted for purchases for the needs of the country's defense and state security (if the goods are not included in the list). Participants only need to send a Declaration of the country of origin of the product as part of the application.
In addition, the draft specifies that when purchasing a number of goods from the list, supporting documents for materials and semi-finished products will need to be submitted at the stage of contract execution.
Public discussion of the project will last until July 28, 2020.
