The Ministry of Finance has prepared a draft on cases of emergency public procurement from a single supplier until the end of 2020
The Agency reported that it has sent a draft resolution to the government, which establishes new cases and procedures for public procurement from a single supplier by the end of the year.
It is planned that they will be conducted in a non-competitive manner if:
- the purchase or sole supplier was determined by the minutes of the government meeting, the minutes of the coordinating and Advisory bodies under the Prime Minister, and the plan of priority measures to ensure sustainable economic development in the context of coronavirus infection;
- purchases are made for Federal needs from a single supplier designated by the order of the Prime Minister to implement the decisions of the coordinating Council under the government to combat the spread of coronavirus infection;
- purchasing from a single supplier is carried out at the expense of the reserve funds of the government, Executive bodies of subjects, municipalities.
