Clarified the rules for including information about the country of origin of goods in the register of state contracts.

The new government decree, which came into force on April 22, concerns contracts for construction, reconstruction, capital repairs, and demolition of capital construction projects. For such contracts, state customers need to send information about the country of origin of the goods to the register of contracts only if this product can be accepted for accounting as a separate item of fixed assets.

If the customer made a purchase according to the rules for construction auctions with project documentation, you do not need to send information about the country of origin of the product to the register.
