Adjusted the rules for calculating the NMC for public procurement of a number of disposable medical products made of PVC
From April 27, changes to the methodology for calculating the NMC for purchases of certain disposable medical products made of PVC, for which there are restrictions on admission, will come into force.
When calculating the localization coefficient (CL), as before, the degree of localization of the production of medical products (Dr) will be taken into account. But now it will be determined in accordance with the indicators of localization of its own production of disposable medical products made of PVC, for which there are restrictions on admission.
Now the indicator "Dr" is determined in accordance with the schedule for the implementation of a comprehensive project to expand and (or) localize the production of medical products.
