During the period declared non-working, public procurement must be carried out taking into account the following features:
terms that under Law n 44-FZ and by-laws are calculated exclusively in working days should be counted in calendar days. These calculations do not need to take into account Saturday and Sunday;
the last day of the deadline that falls within the specified period should only be postponed if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday. Auctions that contain project documentation do not need to be rescheduled;
members of the Commission can remotely review applications subject to compliance with the requirements of legislation on the protection of state secrets;
you don't need to make out the supplier identification protocols in hard copy or sign them yourself. At the same time, you must comply with the requirements of the legislation on state secret protection, draw up protocols in electronic form and sign them with at least one qualified electronic signature of the customer's representative;
when sending the supplier a draft contract (including a modified one), the customer has the right to extend the terms of performance of obligations for the period set as non-working days, namely, no more than 27 calendar days.
