The RT State Committee for Procurement has released a new specialist in the program "Buyer. New Generation"
Today, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan defended the certification project of a graduate of the program "Buyer. A new generation." The educational initiative, implemented by the committee in cooperation with the Procurement Development Center of the Republic, is aimed at training young qualified personnel in the field of public procurement.
The event was attended by Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ziatdinov, Director General of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan Niyaz Gazeev, as well as leading experts of the department.
Alexandra Sorokina, a student of the Faculty of Economics at the Institute of International Relations, History and Oriental Studies of KFU, presented a project on the topic "Electronic auctions under 44-FZ: advantages and disadvantages". She was studying in the second year of the program and was unable to attend the general defense with all the students earlier, so an individual defense of the project was organized for her. Her work was highly appreciated by the expert commission. It should be noted that Alexandra also scored the most points in the correspondence part of her studies.
"Educational program "Buyer.The New Generation is our strategic project to attract young talents to the field of public procurement. We see that students taking this program demonstrate not only theoretical knowledge, but also a practical understanding of processes. Alexandra has shown excellent results, and I am sure that such specialists are the future of our industry," commented Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
As a result of the defense, Alexandra was awarded a certificate of completion of training. In addition, she was offered employment assistance in state and municipal institutions of the republic.
Let us remind you that the educational program for novice specialists in the field of procurement is "The Buyer. New Generation" has been implemented by the RT State Procurement Committee in cooperation with the RT Procurement Development Center since 2025. 5 graduates of the project have already been employed, and recommendations have been sent for two students for further employment in the field of state and municipal procurement.
