Almost all regions will be able to participate remotely in reviewing requests for purchases to the FAS
In connection with the coronavirus, from March 25, customers and entrepreneurs from all Federal districts, with the exception of Moscow and the Moscow region, will be able to remotely participate in the review of:
purchasing complaints;
requests from customers to include procurement participants in the RNP;
conducting inspections.
To do this, you need to submit a request on the FAS website in the same way that is provided for remote review of complaints about major purchases in four Federal districts.
The Agency did not specify whether the possibility of remote review of complaints will be extended to all purchases independently of the NMCC (NMDC).
