The order of the Federal archive was issued to replace the order of the Ministry of culture that is no longer valid. There will be more purchase documents that need to be stored for a set period of time. Some existing storage periods will be reduced. Let's talk about the main changes.
You will have to keep the regulations (regulations) on contract managers, contract service, and procurement indefinitely (item 217 of the list).
Schedule plans will only be stored for three years (item 218 of the list).
Documents drawn up in the course of competitive public procurement methods will need to be stored for three years, regardless of the object and volume of the purchase. For public procurement, these rules have been extended to notices, documentation, protocols, changes and clarifications of documentation provisions, applications of participants, audio recordings of opening envelopes of participants. For purchases under the Law N 223-FZ, notices, procurement regulations and protocols will be stored under such rules (p. 219-223 of the list).
For contracts and agreements, the retention period will remain the same — five years. Now this deadline is set for all purchases, not just for large ones (p. 224, 225 of the list).
Reduced the retention period of application registration logs and representatives of participants. Under the new rules, it will be three years (paragraphs 227, 228 of the list) instead of five years.
Registers of purchases made without a contract will be kept until the organization is liquidated (item 226 of the list).
