Updated the standard state contract for the provision of services for the repair of electronic and optical equipment
On February 18, the order of the Ministry of industry and trade on approval of a standard contract for the repair of electronic and optical equipment comes into force. From this date, the current document will not be applied.
As before, the standard contract will need to be used if the subject of the purchase is related to the code of OKPD 2 33.13. There are no restrictions on the initial (maximum) price of the contract.
In General, the document was brought into compliance with the current legislation on the contract system. In particular, we have adjusted the section on the enforcement of the contract. In addition, we changed the provisions on liability of the parties: we took into account new rules for determining penalties for improper performance of a contract concluded on the basis of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations
You will need to apply the updated standard contract after 30 calendar days after its placement in the EIS.
