The Ministry of construction of the Russian Federation explained the specifics of determining the initial maximum contract price when purchasing works and services in the field of urban development
In particular, experts of the Ministry told about the nuances of determining the initial maximum in the implementation of purchases:
works on engineering surveys and preparation of project documentation;
services for performing the functions of a technical customer;
construction, reconstruction, major repairs, demolition of capital construction projects;
works on preservation of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation;
construction works in relation to objects that are not capital construction objects located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The information message also contains recommended forms of documents generated by customers when justifying the NMC in these cases. The procedure for drawing up an estimate of the contract, the subject of which is the construction, reconstruction of capital construction objects and the recommended estimate of the specified contract.
