The government has added to the list of cases where life-cycle contracts can be concluded. It added purchases of medical equipment, which belongs to the codes for OKPD2:
26.60.11-devices based on the use of x-ray or alpha, beta or gamma radiation, used for medical purposes;
26.60.12-electrodiagnostic devices used for medical purposes;
26.60.13.130-high-frequency and low-frequency therapy devices;
26.70.22.150-optical microscopes;
32.50.12.000-surgical or laboratory sterilizers;
32.50.21.121-devices for inhalation anesthesia;
32.50.21.122 – breathing apparatus, resuscitation.
This means that for these items, one purchase can include not only delivery, but also maintenance, if necessary, operation during the service life, repair and (or) disposal of the product.
The new rules will take effect on January 31.
