Prohibition on the admission of foreign data storage systems under Law N 44-FZ
State purchases of imported software and hardware complexes of data storage systems are prohibited for two years. The ban applies to goods under the OKPD2 code 26.20.2. It also applies to such products if they are:
subject of mixed contracts;
the subject of lease and (or) leasing.
Participants must declare that their products are included in the register of Russian radio electronics and indicate the number of the register entry. The number of the entry from the Declaration must be reflected in the contract.
When performing a contract, you cannot replace goods from the register with foreign ones.
The ban does not affect purchases that started before the decree came into force.
