The Agency has developed three projects to support domestic telecommunications equipment approval:
methods for assessing the level of localization of telecommunications equipment production;
regulations on the expert Council on assignment of Russian origin to telecommunication equipment;
The procedure for issuing a conclusion confirming the purchase of goods within the framework of cross-border cooperation programs.
In the method of valuation prescribed formula that you must calculate the level of localization of telecommunication equipment for assignment of the Russian origin, as also indicated values are minimum acceptable levels.
The regulation on the expert Council prescribed the objectives, composition, procedure and mode of work of the Council.
In order to issue a conclusion, the Ministry of industry and trade prescribed the rules of issuance, the requirements for the design and content of the conclusion, the procedure for consideration and the terms in which the Agency makes decisions.
The program participant must attach the following documents to the application for the conclusion:
a copy of the contract with the joint governing body;
a copy of the special investment contract;
a copy of the grant agreement;
a copy of the certificate from the register;
specification for the purchase of goods;
confirmation of the implementation of the program in the territory of the subject of Russia.
