The customer announced a tender for the provision of services for the maintenance of automatic fire alarm, warning system and evacuation control in case of fire. UFAS recognized this violation, considering that it was necessary to conduct an auction.
The customer referred to the fact that the services for the chosen code OKPD2 80.20.10 "security systems Services" does not apply to the order, so he had the right to hold a competition.
The court upheld the FAS. The OCPD2 code must fully correspond to the service under the contract or the service provided in the largest volume. If you want to include additional services in the purchase, their volume should be small. They should be called "collateral." The subject of the purchase was mainly services related to the repair of fire alarm equipment and warning systems. The customer had to choose the code OKPD2 33.12 "equipment repair Services" and hold an auction.
