In the registers of contracts and contracts offer to make more information on the procurement of radio electronics
The Ministry of industry and trade has prepared a draft according to which customers under the Laws N 44-FZ and N 223-FZ in the procurement of radio electronics will have to send more information to the registers of contracts and contracts.
The registries will need to reflect the following:
name of goods;
trademark of the goods;
producer of goods;
registry number from the register of Russian radio electronics.
This information will also need to be sent to registries:
in case of change of contracts at delivery of the goods with the improved characteristics;
in case of change of contracts on the basis of part 5 of Art. 4 of the Law N 223-FZ.
If the project is approved, the new rules will take effect from January 1, 2020.
