From November 30, customers are required to apply a number of standard contracts in the field of culture
On October 30, eight model contracts approved by the order of the Ministry of culture were placed in the UIS. In particular, a contract for the purchase of services for the organization and conduct of cultural and educational events was published.
It will need to be used if the NMCC exceeds 100 thousand rubles. and the object of purchase has the following codes OKPD2:
82.30.11 — services in organization of conferences;
84.12.14-public administration services in the areas of organized recreation, culture and religion;
90.02 — support services for the performing arts;
91.02.10-Museum services;
93.29.19.000-recreation and entertainment services other, not included in other groups;
93.29.29-entertainment services, not included in other groups.
The contract will be binding from November 30. Model procurement contracts will also apply from this date:
for services to research, monitoring and development in the social Sciences and Humanities;
works on restoration of Museum objects;
support services for the performing arts;
services for cinema rental of the national film;
state financial support for the production of national feature and non-feature films;
for other services to cinematography.
