You can not reject the application because of an error in the GOST number, if it can not mislead the customer

The customer rejected the participant's application. One of the reasons-the participant incorrectly designated the GOST number, not including the last two digits (the year of approval of the standard). Instead of GOST 15150-69 in the application was specified GOST 15150.

UFAS and the courts considered this reason far-fetched. There is no other GOST with the data given in the application, except GOST 15150-69. Such an error in the standard number could not mislead the customer about the characteristics of the goods.
