The Treasury of Russia told about the features of the formation in the EIS of information on the amount of security of the contract in the case of procurement from "SMP" and "SONO"
In particular, in the agencies, the letter indicates that the formation is placed in the unified information system, the schedule, the notification about the procurement information about procurement specify the amount of security of contract execution in percent, and the amount of security for performance of the contract is calculated from the initial maximum price of the contract automatically and is for reference only. Thus since July 1 of the current year by results of competitive purchases which participants are only subjects of small business and socially oriented non-profit organizations the size of ensuring execution of the contract in UIS is calculated from the price at which the contract is signed.
Thus, it is emphasized that the functionality of the unified information system is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
Recall that at the conclusion of the contract on the results of procurement, which was carried out exclusively among small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations provided for part 6 of Art. 96 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FZ "on the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs" (hereinafter – the Law № 44-FZ) the amount of enforcement of the contract, including provided subject to the provisions of art. 37 of the Law No. 44-FZ on anti-dumping measures during the competition and auction, is set from the price at which the contract is concluded, but can not be less than the amount of the advance.
