Propose to change the rules for issuing an opinion on the absence of production of light industry in the territory of the Russian Federation
The Ministry of industry and trade wants to list in more detail the information that must be specified in the application for the issuance of an opinion confirming the absence of production of goods in the territory of the Russian Federation. If the project is approved, customers will fill in the table in the form specified in annexes N 1 and 2 (and not make it in any form, as now).
Recall that such a statement customers submit when purchasing light industry goods, in respect of which a ban on the supply of foreign products. If the Commission confirms the absence of production of goods in the territory of the Russian Federation, the customer has the right to purchase foreign goods.
The Ministry of industry and trade plans to give the Commission the right to withdraw or re-consider the conclusion issued earlier, if there is information that the purchased goods are produced in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Commissions can give 30 days to consider the application of the customer - without reference to a specific date of the month, as now.
Public discussion of the project will last until September 9, 2019.
