EMERCOM prepared standard contracts for the purchase of goods, works, services and in the field of fire safety

The Agency has developed a draft model contracts:

on installation of systems (means, installations) of ensuring fire safety of buildings and constructions;

maintenance of such systems (facilities, installations);

supply of fire-technical products.

If the model contracts are approved, they will need to be applied regardless of the size of the initial maximum contract price.

For all objects of the procurement, the Ministry has identified code ОКПД2 43. However, the supply of fire-technical products does not apply to this code. We believe that in the future the Agency will adjust the text of the draft.
