Construction work at General educational facilities and the supply of equipment must be purchased separately
The Ministry of education and FAS believe that the procurement of works on the construction of educational facilities and their complex equipment with educational equipment can not be combined for two reasons:
construction work and supply of equipment performs a different range of economic entities;
construction workers are subject to special requirements: they must be members of a self-regulatory organization. There are no such requirements for suppliers.
The agencies recalled when the customer can combine these items into one purchase: the supply and installation of equipment should be inextricably linked to the construction site. Such equipment can not be delivered and installed later without changing the design solutions of the construction project.
